The seller was FANTASTIC. The original phone, while advertised as broken, turned out to have a dangerous, bulging battery. The seller asked if I wanted that phone or to cancel the order. Instead, I found a similar phone in their stock and they immediately replaced the order. Kudos for not just sending a dangerous phone, not just canceling the order, and being proactive.
