The item unfortunately has a defective speaker. It rattles/crackles whenever you turn it up over about half volume. The seller did not know this when shipping out the item. I let them know about it and they immediately refunded me even though I didn't even ask for a refund. That is top notch customer service you rarely see anymore. I can't speak to the fan but I can say I would buy from this seller any time again. 10/10 stars.
