The hand painted water p i t c h e r from Spain arrived in very good condition. Well packed in plenty of bubble wrap, and other padding. The item was absolutely described correctly as it appeared on eBay. The shipping took a little longer than expected but that was due to the postal system. The value for the purchase was good. The seller absorb the shipping cost, due to an issue I had with the price. I very much appreciate the seller making that gesture. Very professional all the way around!

This is an awesome seller. The item was exactly as described and was promptly shipped. After it left the seller's control the USPS let it slip thru their fingers twice.
