The plates are beautiful. They arrived very promptly and seemed to be packaged well. Although packaged very well, one plate was broken, whichiat have been due to rough handling by the shipping. The seller quickly took care of it and issued a refund. She was very courteous and easy to deal with. I would definitely purchase from this Steele in the future.
