This seller did excellent job of packing the item I purchased for shipping! They used quite a bit of bubble wrap around the item; the shipping box was reinforced with 2 styrofoam sheets as well as lots of newspaper & brown packing paper. My Starbucks mug came through the shipping process without a scratch! Many thanks!
