Excellent communication and fast shipping. Packing was carefully done and secure. Lots of bubble-wrap! The personal 'thank you' card was a classy addition. The only thing missing was the certificate of authenticity confirming its build number. The COA was not mentioned in the ad, so I assume it was not available. No worries. I love the Fender cookie jar!
