Brand new item but the plastic package has some issues (see last 2 photos). Great design. Metal is silver in color and I am not sure, but to me, the design looks like it is enameled with raised floral wines (3d), and sprinkled with glitter dust. A very beautiful set of napkin holders that will add some elegance to any table. Please refer to the pictures for the item condition and size. Please note that I have 3 boxes for sale and the boxes may have some imperfections on the package but the napkins are new and ok. Shipped with USPS. G-h
