The items arrived quickly, were well packaged and in great condition, and were exactly as described. I received this set as a gift which I knew had come from the second hand shop my dad volunteered at after commenting about how pretty it was. Since it was a thrift shop find there were a few items missing, so I was happy to find the cups. This shipping costs seem high until you consider the items being shipped are antiques and breakable, so that in mind the shipping was very reasonable.
