I was grateful the seller contacted me immediately to give me the option to refund the order or continue, given that the siller had discovered scratches on the trivet that were not present when the original photos were taken. She sent a photo showing the scratches. I still wanted the item; she accepted my request to take $2 off her asking price. The product arrived with more scratches than I expected, and I am confident I can buff them out. I am satisfied and trust this seller!
