I received my ceramic mugs and I am delighted! Unfortunately, one mug was damaged in the shipping process but that is of no fault of the seller as they were packaged extremely well, individually wrapped in bubble wrap, then packed with other material to insulate them in the box and it was labled as fragile. Handling during the shipping process is out of control of the seller so I understand. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again as I had a great experience and am pleased

The product is clean, and looks almost brand new! It arrived in record time and was a packed neatly. Some of the cookie discs are still in their original packaging. Only one problem, Unbeknownst to the seller the batteries in the item had leaked and caused it not to work at all. This didn’t affect the rest of the product and I will try to find another motorized part. I contacted the seller who gave me a partial refund within minutes of our conversation. I found this to be VERY commendable.
