The box arrived absolutely smooshed and, unfortunately, the item was broken. This is despite the seller clearly having taken studious care to package it well. Very clearly, despite the fragile label, it was treated very poorly in transit so it's condition upon arrival was certainly no fault of the seller. In fact, she was very responsive and refunded my purchase in a timely manner. I was very appreciative of her!

Great seller! Package was returned to sender by post office as they damaged the box and it couldn't be delivered. Because of her care with wrapping, the china plates were not damaged. She quickly notified me of what happened, reboxed the items and remailed. A++ seller

A very positive experience with this seller. Item was exactly as described and was securely packaged. Shipping was quick and the cost was reasonable. This was the first time buying from this shop but I will be watching it for other unique vintage items.
