After purchasing a celluloid piece, I was contacted by the seller. She shared there was a tiny defect that she didn’t see and note on the description. She had already provided a generous refund for a portion of the purchase price, and asked if I wanted a total refund. I am happy I didn’t cancel my order Upon delivery, I looked for the blemish and found it was quite minimal (even for a particular person.😉) Being an older, fragile vintage piece dings can be expected. Refreshing exchange.

Overall I am pleased with how this purchase went. The package was well shipped with lots of paper in the box. I wish I had looked closer at some pictures because there were stains inside. The item was not in the super clean condition as mentioned in the description. The seller worked with me and I was happy with the price. Seller was very quick to talk and answer questions which was wonderful.
