This item pic's did not illustrate the full original packaging damage and/or meet full criteria as being new, unopened & unused and knowing this upon delivery and inspection of the full contents. The product box had tears in 3 spots.You packed this well & shipped this most promptly! Within the first minute of my inspection, I found a immediate defect without before even testing..Broken wire @cigar plug leaf connection. Factory workmanship tobe cause.
