I ordered this microwave and it unfortunately was delivered to the wrong address. Which I realize was no fault on my or the sellers end. I contacted the seller and they graciously agreed to send a second one. After receiving the second one I opened it and the glass plate had a broken piece chipped off. The seller again agreed to work with me and refunded me enough for the cost to buy a new plate. I am very grateful for the sellers willingness to ensure that I was received what I needed
