I haven't used the item yet but I am leaving a note for those who buy from this eBay vendor. There was a small problem with the order but I sent a note and the response was excellent. A replacement was shipped quickly. The post office then made things complicated by shipping the showerhead back and forth a couple of times. In the end, I received the shower heads in excellent condition and the vendor was responsive through the whole process.
