New (Open Box) Coffee maker had damage and parts missing when delivered. Still will be usable after repairs. Seller communicated immediately and quickly came thru on partial refund. Reminder that open box items usually were returned for a reason, but life's a gamble. Seller was responsive and communicative so deserves 5 stars. The item not so much!
