I received my rice cooker in a regular bag of a supermarket. I was not happy with that, but I got it and it was in good condition. It looks great it matches with my other appliances. I haven’t used it yet, but I’m sure it’s gonna work good and if it doesn’t, it’s my loss thank you for your time and your effort to sending it to me. Please put a tracking number on your items next time if I ever order from u again. The package was ripped off my porch but someone returned it to me, so I did get it. It was in excellent condition.
