the motherboard was New in the original packaging. The only problem is that the LAN port does not work. After purchase I found out that this is a manufacturer known problem. I am doing n RMA return to the manufacturer and hopefully this will get resolved. This is not the seller's fault as it was received as advertised and at a good price.
