Was not cleaned like the title mentioned, but it matches the photo. Fast shipping, good packaging, and the price was excellent compared to a generic replacement remote. It's not too hard to open and clean these myself so I don't see a reason to lower my rating. everything else was great and I'm glad to have the original remote with all the right buttons/functions. I recommend this seller over generic replacement remotes on Amazon and I would consider buying from them again!
