Every thing was great, the description, the shipping speed, and the product. BUT it was damaged in shipping, the box was even busted open, and there was damage done to the mixer. I immediately took pictures of the box and the damage done to the mixer, and contacted the seller. He jumped on correcting the issue IMMEDIATELY! I had a complete refund in less than 24 hours! This is the definition of an eBay Seller! Unfortunately a damaged item, but the Seller more than made it right! A+ Thanks!

He tested the coffee maker before shipping and it was working great. Packaged it carefully and shipped it right out. Item appeared to be dropped hard from fairly high like on the top of other packages because bottom broke during shipping. I alerted seller and he got right back to me with a refund. Would purchase from him again because of great and speedy response and eagerness to make things right (even though it obviously wasn’t his fault but shippers). A++++ Don’t hesitate to buy from seller.

Item arrived damaged, I wanted to keep the item and just order a new lid from Amazon but it was not money wise for them because they would have had to pay for a new lid they said. I think returning the cups was almost as expensive as the new lid would have been and I would have been a happy customer. So they asked me to return them and they paid for the return shipping. I was quite disappointed because I wanted these for a trip I was taking. The shipping was quick!
