Mixed experience. Seller had a personal issue and sent the wrong item. I offered to cancel, but they insisted on fulfilling the order, even at a financial loss. They ended up reshipping twice. One jar arrived cracked, but it felt too awkward to request a return. While I empathize with their situation, this sale was uncomfortable. My advice: take time to grieve and pause your listings.
