It is very seldom that I leave a review such as this but based off of the OUTSTANDING quality of service I received it would be wrong of me not to. First and foremost I purchased the item at a very good price and shipping was also good considering the very apparent inconveniences the winter storm that took place January 9th! The replacement pole straps were exactly as described. They were also exactly what I wanted. They were received in a timely fashion. I actually received them ahead of time.
