The reel arrived damaged with the label broken. The factory label is what brings the value for the reel. The reel was loosely wrapped in a paper Amazon envelope in a larger box and the rough paper must have rubbed and broke off the model number portion of the label. The small piece with the number 4 was laying in the Amazon paper bag. I would settle for either a full return or an 15 dollar credit

Nice set of patterns.There is writing on the envelopes however with cut templates inside. This was for a gift and that was not mentioned.
