We are sorry to say that one of the four mugs was broken. My daughter told me that the items were very well packed and had been placed correctly in the box to ensure a safe journey, but somehow, one cup was broken. The package did arrive as stated. It was as described, they are lovely. The value was fair for a high-quality collection of N.S. Gustin collections. Thank you, Jennifer. The breakage was not caused by ill packing, my daughter said.

The item shipped promptly, much quicker than I expected, it was packaged securely with very little damage to package, it was neatly folded. The color was as shown in picture and it was accurately described, the purchase was a great find, WELL worth asking price.
