I really appreciated the fast shipping and packaging. I don't know how much of that was the sellers doing, but it was at least sent out soon enough on their part that it reached me before the estimated day, which was great! And it was well packaged and bubble wrapped. Also, it was just as i expected, no hidden flaws or damages which i appreciate. And the price was good to me, it seems on par with other Lyra Heartstrings brushable toys in similar condition.
