Excellent communication! While shipping took awhile THAT WAS NOT unexpected due to the holidays! But coat is as described very nice accurate sizing even though the tag was missing would absolutely order again from them!

As described, great value packaging was appropriate but snow and ice storm made USPS a nightmare. Took over 10 days between purchase and receipt. Keep in mind seller doesn’t control the weather!!!!!
