Hate to bash on someone trying to make a buck but I told them if they refunded when they promised, I wouldn’t do it. And here I am lol. Ordered open box item 5/30. Received 6/7. Upon opening box, I saw clear wear marks on multiple parts, clearly used. I pulled it out and the wires had been chewed by an animal. I reached out, seller was apologetic and said they would refund. Had to reach out multiple times over a few days and they kept saying “I will refund today.” Finally refunded 6/12
