Item was described as new in box but arrived broken. Toy was not opened as described so I believe it was either damaged in transit or broke due to age of the toy. Contact seller and was offered a refund. Decided to keep and try to fix myself because it is a gift for my 3 year old who loves Harry Potter. Would purchase again from this seller because transaction and communication was great and seller was willing to rectify the issue promptly. Delivery was delayed but not fault of seller.

this vase was extremely well packed for shipping. Unfortunately no where in the description or photos of the vase did it mention the easily seen 1/4" chip felt and seen on the rim so I know it was present before it was shipped due to the excellent packing material. I was disappointed to say the least. As a collector of Phoenix Glass I was sad but in the future I will ask detailed questions of this seller in the future
