Item was described as new in box but arrived broken. Toy was not opened as described so I believe it was either damaged in transit or broke due to age of the toy. Contact seller and was offered a refund. Decided to keep and try to fix myself because it is a gift for my 3 year old who loves Harry Potter. Would purchase again from this seller because transaction and communication was great and seller was willing to rectify the issue promptly. Delivery was delayed but not fault of seller.

Great value, superb quality that I have come to expect from Dept 56, arrived in excellent condition, and the overall appearance wad better in person than described. Love all the incredible details in this piece! I would highly recommend this seller based upon my positive experience.
