This item shipped from Poland, and, having ordered items from Poland before, I expected a long wait. I believe it took a few weeks, which is fine. Packaging was excellent - the item arrived in pristine condition and was brand new as described. The price was slightly high for a puzzle, but I saw no other copies of this 1500 piece Bluebird version of the puzzle for sale anywhere, so I consider it to be a good value (plus it had free shipping). I’m very glad I decided to purchase the puzzle!

Item arrived in damaged packaging, corners of book were bent and delivery took about 3 weeks, so if you don't mind waiting forever for delivery then this service is for you. Also I paid different price than what is on the invoice I received. Really hard to recommend this seller.
