Five stars. It took a while to get here but that's ok because of the great price point I was willing to wait; also seller was very communicative so I didn't worry that is was lost or anything like that. Comes in a small box and super easy/fast to assemble four screws with the screw driver provided in the package. The design is so simple but super useful-my two cats watched me assemble it ,and then jumped right on it (see photos below). What a hoot! Simple but great-highly recommend.

Pet (cat for me) house well constructed. Comes with 3 parts you zipper the roof on making nice and sturdy (no velcro) then put comfortable plush pillow in to it. Really happy with this top A++ Seller for great price and free shipping. My cats thank you.

The picture shows a mat that is bigger than a liter box but it is smaller than the litter box. Received it in a timely manner.
