   I had an excellent experience with this seller! The Ink Cartridge I purchased was exactly as described, arrived quickly, was securely packaged, and low shipping cost. Also, the communication was prompt and courteous throughout the transaction. I received an Open Box Brother Genuine Black Ink Cartridge in very good condition and at a good value ... exactly what my printer needed. Thank you!

   Shipping was very quick and item arrived earlier than expected. The item I ordered had fragile parts but packing was secure so everything was intact. I did have an issue with a missing part, but the seller rectified it IMMEDIATELY and I'm so grateful. Everything else was as described. Overall great value and seller exceeded expectations, highly recommend!
