Shipping was very quick the packaging was done so the bag would not crumble and the box was very sturdy the item was brand new as described and the value is what it is because it was sold out what are you gonna do? This flocked deer is so sweet. It’s a Hallmark miniature and I love it! It’s in excellent used condition exactly as described. It’s a terrific value because it’s so reasonably priced. The packing box was bent in various sides and corners during delivery but fortunately the inside packaging was protective enough that everything was fine. I love the doll! Thank you so much! Great seller! I would definitely buy fro this seller again!
