Patch is beautiful in color, nice & flat & in great new shape! It came in a regular envelope with no plastic wrapping around the item. It didn't get wet, so it arrived nice. Don't recall shipping price, but it shouldn't be high. New as expected. Arrived on Thursday, shipped on Sunday. All good.
