If the product is found to be defective after the first 30 days of purchase and before the manufacturer's (1) year warranty period expired, SPCL will provide a one time replacment for the defective unit. When a product is found to be defective, SPCL will pay for the shipping of the replacement parts to the original purchaser. Warranty and UPS related claims may require authentication including, but not limited to: Mechanic Diagnosis, Pictures, Video or Shipment back to the manufacturer. Do not dispose of defective parts until instructed. If the defective parts are requested to be returned to the manufacturer, SPCL will issue a call tag for the original purchaser to ship the product back. The original purchaser is responsible for packaging and delivery to a UPS driver or suitable UPS facility for return shipment. Failure to return requested parts will result in denial of current warranty claims and forfeit of future warranty. No reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage, car rental, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of the auto parts in question.
