I've ordered from this seller several times in the past, never had any issue. However, this order, although shipped in record time, arrived damaged, Two bottles were in the same lightly padded USPS envelope loose. So without any internal wrapping/padding the bottles were subject to damage, which did occur , Top on one bottle snapped off, spilling its contents into the envelope. Contacted seller who refunded the price of the one bottle.

The spool of wire is marked 14 gauge but it's way closer to 15 or 16 gauge, which is thinner and flimsier than 14--something I've used for a couple of years in jewelry making. The seller, however, was awesome. My order arrived in 2 days, and he offered to refund completely for my getting something I was unhappy with. I'd buy from him again. He had no way to know the product he resold was not true to the marked description.
