Dishes were packed with extreme care (appreciated). I really cannot complain too much about this seller aside from one thing. Although the seller did advertise there were 2 noticeable chips (even providing pictures) the edges of the plates were really worn down to the point where I'll have to look into having them reglazed (if possible). Still, I purchased the set of dishes with full knowledge that they were "used". Will definitely do business again with this seller in the future.
