The item arrived as described, well packaged and QUICKLY. The item was shipped very soon upon purchase, the seller even issued a partial refund since the boxing materials were smaller than the estimated shipping. Seller was unable to send it as it wasn’t in their inventory. No worries as this was an honest mistake. They were very apologetic and reached out to me immediately to inform me so I was refunded immediately. They stated that they would keep looking for that particular holiday tie.
