I received a discount offer in my email and accepted it, but was charged the full listed price. Contacted seller, they sort of laughed it off, said they didn't know why it happened, and "made it right" by offering me a discount "on my next purchase," even though I'd never purchased from them before and never will again (their store does not sell items I'm at all interested in-- the item was a gift and I only bought it because of the discount that I DIDN'T get). It also arrived late.
