A positive so I don't have to hear some lame excuse. Packaged well, that's it. Product listing and what I received weren't the same. Didn't work as advertised. Tried to communicate with the seller, crickets. Advertised as free returns, asked for a mailing label, crickets. After several attempts to work it out with the seller, had to start a case to return and get a refund. He talks about his precious time, what about mine?

Product is as described and properly packages to avoid damage. The air purifier has not arrived from Amazon so I am unable to use the filters yet, I have to assume they will fit. Quick response to my order. I would order from this seller again.
