This looks like a vintage piece. I know nothing about the brand. The size 7 looks like a medium based on the ruler pictures. There is some fabric distress. Please look at the picture , nothing drastic at all . This is a cozy red turtleneck sweater in a regular size Medium for women. It is a Swiss-made pullover with a warm and stylish turtleneck neckline. The brand of the sweater is Cosy, offering comfort and quality in a classic red color.
