My order arrived in just 10 days - much faster than the estimate of 3-4 wks. Package contents were well protected and the figures were in perfect condition as advertised. Price was good and shipping cost took into account current tariffs so I didn't have to pay extra upon delivery. The small foldout pamphlets that come with the HG figures were protected in a small ziplock like bag along with thank you biz card and origami crane!
