I ordered this item because in the description, it says that it comes with the bumper /grill insert. When I received my package, the insert was missing. I sent them a msg and it took a while before it was resolved. They didn't even know that the insert was included. They responded with " we're sorry you're going theought this. We can do a partial reimbursement. I asked for them to send me the missing insert. But they said they didn't have it in stock.
