Unfortunately, when I placed my order the product was no longer available. They offered a substitute item that was actually more expensive but offered to absorb the price difference. Unfortunately the replacement was 1/2 inch too wide for my space (based on the description). so they immediately processed a full refund that was received within a couple of HOURS. This was VERY IMPRESSIVE and a testament to the caring and trustworthy seller.

I never got it, was delivered another city not sellers fault, but seller wrote me he didn't think product was shipped so he didn't want take chance he refunded my money. it was shipped someone 70 miles away got it. I have had several this type snooper they had wood handle not metal like this so thought metal last longer. The seller was kind thoughtful refund money even though was shipped. He wanted keep good with his customers.

This Seller communicated with me immediately about unavailability of this color, but availability of a green chair, and I agreed. Then the camp chair was quickly shipped, but lost by the postal service (it may yet be found, we'll see), and at the first sign of this trouble, the Seller refunded my payment. A very honorable Seller. If it is found, I will re-send them payment.
