I am truly grateful for this seller he is an exception. I bought 4 at a great price and he shipped quickly. The in transit was the big issue. They seemed to have lost the package and this gentleman was on it even though I did not contact him or indicate any sign of frustration. He got a missing package search and was on it until delivery. The service was good, prompt and the items shipped quickly. Unfortunately one of the bowls arrived broken so thats a bit disappointing. I live in Canada and purchased the Hearth and Hand set while traveling in the US. Then the dishes were discontinued. I had a few chipped bowls and was thrilled to find some on eBay. They were a bit more expensive than when I bought them new at Target, but it has also been a few years. Disappointed one broke, but not the sellers fault as they were packed well.
