Initially sent the wrong product, a cheaper version is available which does not match the image which they sent at first. I complained and initiated a return and was contacted very quickly saying they would send the correct product and i should dispose of the incorrect one. The correct book has arrived in perfect condition and I have gifted the incorrect one to a charity shop. A very successful outcome and superb customer service when things go wrong.
