Item was shipped almost immediately after purchase. Shipping itself was very fast, and the item looks amazing, exactly as described. They even included a handwritten thank-you note in the packaging. Although the package appeared to be wrapped well enough for protection, it still arrived broken. Upon notifying sellers about damage, a full refund was given very quickly. This mere fact earned them positive feedback. I was told to keep the item & repair it if possible. I don't know if it's salvagable but may try.
