For items that are "Local Pickup Only," we will provide pickup instructions upon purchase of item. If requested, we will provide an area for inspection and testing to be done by the buyer upon arrival; please request this at time of purchase. Once item leaves seller's premises, no refunds can be given. All items must be shipped to the address on file at the time of purchase per eBay Selling Guidelines.
