AAA+ Item exactly as described, quantity of 4 blades. Fits Toro Recycler, looks identical to original Toro blade. Nicely wrapped & packed for no damage in shipping. Shipping out next business day. USPS lack of tracking information, only initial out shipping and final local delivery information, took days longer than expected, as USPS issues/ nothing to do with One Time Best Price packaging or label. No issues with whole transaction AAA +

The product that we received was a valve only, the parts package in the E-Bay offer was missing / canibalized ?. Being the package was opened as advertised, it was still missing the parts package. Being that we live nearby in Utah ( 15 miles ), unless we hear from the seller about the missing parts package that was in the E-Bay offer, we will not be doing any future business with North SL. A disabled Vet. is not very impressed.
