Because of some ambiguity in the item description, I received a black instead of a gray pair of jeans. The packaging and speed of delivery were fine, but I had to return them. The return and refund were handled with exemplary courtesy and speed--the refund appeared on my bank account before I'd mailed the return, which I did the next day, of course. Sorry the purchase didn't work out but grateful for the excellent customer service.

The CD I ordered was in excellent condition and exactly as described. Packaged nicely with bubble wrap. Seller did take a bit longer than expected to ship the item from when I ordered and paid; I wish they would have reached out to explain the delay. The seller was pleasant when I reached out to them about the system asking me to review the product when I still hadn’t received it, as I had to tell them I didn’t get the item yet.
